(a) When visiting the website
When you visit our website www.adinterim-eurolatin.com, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

- Name and URL of the retrieved file,
- Website from which access was made (referrer URL),

- in the event that there is a legal obligation to do so pursuant to § 6 Abs. 1 (c) DSGVO, and
- this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you pursuant to § 6 Abs. 1 (b) DSGVO.

- pursuant to § 18 DSGVO, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you contest the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you require it to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims, or you have objected to the processing pursuant to § 21 DSGVO;
- pursuant to § 20 DSGVO, you have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common, and machine-readable format or to request its transmission to another controller. This means that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future, and Pursuant to § 77 DSGVO, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or our office headquarters.

This data is processed on the basis of § 6 (1) (b) DSGVOif your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (§ 6 (1) (f) DSGVO) or on your consent (§ 6 (1) (a) DSGVO), if this was requested.
The data you deliver will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g., after your inquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
